Lead Infant Teacher
Full-time position 9AM to 5:30PM (negotiable) Must have a loving and compassionate demeanor with the youngest of children 3 to 15 months old. Be creative, have a professional team player attitude. Willing to work at creating an environment that will aid their success for growth and development.
Must be able to:
- Create developmentally appropriate activity plans for ages 3 to 15 months
- Follow a classroom schedule
- Be observant
- Be enthusiastic in the education and care of young children
- Proficient in record keeping skills – as required
High School Diploma or GED
Be able to pass all background checks
First Aid / CPR Trained
Experience in a Licensed Preschool Setting a plus
Tennessee Early Child Training Alliance (TECTA) training a plus

Pay is based upon experience and education in the early childhood field and will be discussed at interview
